How long will my order take to make?

We try to get your order made as soon as possible – which is usually only afew days. At peak times we have a turnaround time of up to 7 days.

How do I send you a picture to be added to an item?

Its super easy.. simply place your order on our website and then send your photo(s) to formgifts@hotmail.com. We will do the rest!

I can’t see the design I want.. can you make it for me?

​

Yes! Drop us a message via our contact box on our home page, or via our email address formgifts@hotmail.com and let us know what your after! We will always do our best to work with you to create something extra personal for you!

How do you post your items?

We send all our items out via Royal Mail 2nd class with proof of postage

Do you have a shop I can come to?

We are currently only an online business. This helps keep our expenses down, meaning we can create beautiful items for you at amazingly low prices. From time to time we may exhibit at local events – follow us on social media to keep up to date on any upcoming events.
